Docket and Done

Done:
  • Finished 3 of 3 applications, contemplating a 4th.
  • Decided a business plan idea for entrepreneurship seminar
  • Decided an organizational change final project subject
  • Spring Break
  • Two full books, several chapters of other books yet to complete, and several articles

Docket:
  • Reading for growth in several, overlapping categories (Theology - Missions, The Pentateuch, Christian biography; Business - entrepreneurship, small business, 80's takeovers; Culture - two magazines; Academic - entrepreneurship, international marketing, organizational change; psychology - motivation)
  • Relearning Spanish and learning a little Portuguese for the first time
  • Planning a schedule for studying for a major graduate exam
  • Continued teaching of the attributes of God (this coming Sunday school lesson: God is eternal/immutable/self-existent)
  • Course homework (reading, case studies, presentations, project papers, etc)

I have been memorizing Psalm 119 for several weeks now, and I'm on verse 53. I hope to have it completely memorized by mid-May (I add 8-10 verses a week). After that, I will begin a long-term adventure of memorizing one of the Gospel accounts.

Until next time,
God bless
