Slightly dazed, by the praise of mankind,
Fire-tested gold and silver, but praise will gauge my
Humility in living and leading in my mind,
Striving and seeking applause in which to shine,
Clawing and climbing ladders of faith and law divine,
Dashing reality with interpretive hammers which I was given to bind.
Only had to sign my life away on the bottom line.
